What information should I include in my enquiry?
The type and quantity of hardware, whether it's imported or domestic, your target go-live date and the destination data centre. That lets us recommend bonded or domestic handling and the right services.
Can you hold hardware while my data centre is still being built?
Yes. Bonded custody lets you take delivery on time - protecting your GPU allocation - and store it duty-deferred until your site is ready. We can integrate and test it in the meantime.
Do you install outside Hyderabad?
Yes. Our dedicated GPU vehicle fleet and OEM-authorised field engineers deliver and install at data centres anywhere in India.
How do OEM Secure Centres work?
An OEM leases its own caged, bonded suite at GigaPort with independent access control and CCTV. We handle receipt, storage, pick-pack, dispatch, installation and RMA under per-OEM SLAs.
Is my data safe when hardware is retired?
Yes. Drives are wiped to NIST standards or physically shredded under chain of custody, and you receive a certificate of destruction for every asset.
