STAGE 01 / 08
Receive under bond
Imported GPU servers, switches and cooling kit arrive under customs bond and are logged on arrival.
- Customs seal checks and serial-number capture at the dock

STAGE 02 / 08
Kit staging
Every component for a rack is pulled, checked and staged against that rack's build plan.
- Pallets broken down and matched to build orders
- Bins, cages and roller conveyors keep parts moving
- Nothing reaches the line until the kit is complete
STAGE 03 / 08
Rack integration
Conveyor-fed assembly bays where racks are built, cabled and fitted for liquid cooling.
- Servers, switches and PDUs mounted to the rack design
- Firmware / OS loading and network fabric configuration
- Power and network cabling dressed and labelled
- Every rack built to a repeatable, documented standard
STAGE 04 / 08
Burn-in testing
Finished racks are connected to live power and coolant and run at full load for 24-96 hours before they ship.
- Overhead power and coolant drops at every test position
- Immersion tanks for next-generation cooling
- Faults fixed here, not at the customer's site
STAGE 05 / 08
Crate & dispatch
Tested racks are crated whole and moved on a dedicated, tracked GPU vehicle fleet.
- Shock-rated, tamper-evident crates
- Dedicated climate-controlled vehicles
- Custody tracked from GigaPort to the data hall
STAGE 06 / 08
Install on site
Purview teams install, connect and commission the racks inside the customer's data centre.
- Rack placement, power and cooling hook-up
- Network cabling and final acceptance tests
- Handover with full as-built records
STAGE 07 / 08
Support & RMA
Spares held in India mean faults are fixed in hours, not weeks.
- OEM-consigned spares in bonded, caged suites
- 4-hour or next-business-day delivery and fit
- Faulty parts returned to the OEM through GigaPort
STAGE 08 / 08
Retire & recycle
At end of life, hardware returns to GigaPort for certified data destruction and recovery.
- Certified NIST data wiping and drive shredding
- Reusable parts recovered and returned to service
- Materials recycled through approved, EPR-registered partners

Segregated halls
Seven halls under one roof, each with its own access tier.
Customs law requires bonded and non-bonded goods to be physically separated. Every hall is fire-compartmented, separately metered and linked by a secure spine where each movement is scanned into the chain of custody.

High-density power bays for GPU rack-and-stack, liquid-cooling integration, ESD floor.
